Adult learning classes across Buckinghamshire will be offered free of charge next month to give residents a taste of what is on offer.
For one week only from June 15 to 19, a wide range of courses will be offered at no charge, including painting and drawing, stained glass, yoga, guitar and foreign languages.
Beth French, head of Buckinghamshire Adult Learning, said “Our learners say that we are one of the best kept secrets in Buckinghamshire, but we want far more people to be able to enjoy the benefits of lifelong learning and the improved health and well-being this brings.
“We recognise that some people are unwilling to make a financial commitment before knowing more about what it is they are signing up to, so we are very pleased to be able to offer the opportunity to try a course for free.”
The courses running in the promotion are available now at www.adultlearningbcc.ac.uk
Enrolments are open now. For more information, call 01296 383582
