A COMPUTER expert is appealing for help to find his laptop computer which was stolen from his car while parked in the car park of a Rickmansworth pub.
The silver rock Agenda XT computer, worth £2,000, and its black leather case, belonging to Mr Nigel Kelly from Willian, near Letchworth, were stolen from his blue Alfa Romeo while he was having dinner at the Rose and Crown pub in Harefield Road.
One of the car's windows was smashed and the computer stolen between 7.15pm and 8.30pm on Tuesday.
The 38-year-old self-employed IT consultant said he was desperate to recover the computer because he uses it for work.
He added: "I don't care so much about the computer but the information stored on it is very valuable to me.
"I'm prepared to offer a £500 reward for its recovery."
Anyone with information can call Mr Kelly on 07771905081 or Watford and Three Rivers crimedesk on 01923 472000.
