A woman was punched by a man after getting into a car with him outside a pub in Marlow at the weekend.

At about 2.30am on Sunday, the woman, who is in her mid twenties, left the Cross Keys pub in Spittal Street, Marlow.

She got into a vehicle with a man, who then punched her.

Police say they are hoping to trace the woman who was assaulted.

The victim is described as being of slim build with long brown hair. She was wearing a black top and black leggings.

The offender is described as a white man, in his mid twenties, 5ft 7ins, of stocky build with close cropped blond/brown hair and facial stubble.

He was wearing a grey and white striped polo top and jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call PC Oliver Cowell-Smith based at High Wycombe Police Station via the 101 number.
