A Bledlow-cum-Saunderton Parish Councillor has stepped down from the role two months after being re-elected to focus on her business.
Elke Hojer, who represented the Bledlow Ridge ward, said she cannot dedicate enough time to being a Councillor now that her business is taking off.
Miss Hojer, who runs Dean Valley Studios in Saunderton, said: "I just can't give the residents the time I need to which is a real shame.
"There's a lot going on now, with the Local Plan and developments in Saunderton, I felt I wanted to let someone else have a go, who can give these issues more of their time."
Miss Hojer will now focus on her two-year-old business, which offers unique and unusual locations for filming and photography.
She said: "The film studio is starting to do so well now, I have got to give this all of my time."
Anyone who is interested in filling the vacancy on Bledlow-cum-Saunderton Parish Council should contact Parish Clerk Mick Evins on 01844 351477 or email mevins@toucansurf.com.
