Thieves stole a mobile phone from a delivery van in High Wycombe last week.

A black Nokia Lumia 820, which was in a protective case, was taken from the white Mercedes Sprinter Interlink van on Wednesday, July 15 at around 11am.

Two men were seen in the van, which was parked on Dashwood Avenue near the junction of Oakridge Road.

The men are described as white and in their early twenties.

The first man is large with a round face and short black straight hair and was wearing a grey hooded top and jeans.

The second offender is shorter with pimples on his face.

He was wearing a black jacket.

Thames Valley Police are keen to speak to anyone with information, particularly a member of public who told the van driver what had happened.

PC Christopher Mantell from Wycombe Police Station said: “I would particularly like to speak to the member of the public who has told the driver about the theft.

“The witness was driving a van along Dashwood Avenue into Green Street and slowed to speak to the victim.”
