Two people died in a car crash on the M40 last night.
The driver and passenger of a black Vauxhall Astra died after the driver lost control at around 8.45pm on Monday night.
The car left the southbound carriageway between junction 10 and junction 9 and came to a stop on the nearside embankment.
The driver and the passenger have not been formally identified and next of kin have not been informed.
Thames Valley Police are now appealing for information about the crash.
