Sheep rescued from M40
A sheep had to be rescued from a busy stretch of motorway in Buckinghamshire this morning.
The animal was found roaming in lane one of the M40, near junction 6 (Watlington, Princes Risborough).
The Thames Valley Police roads policing team tweeted a picture of the animal after they took it to safety following assistance from Highways workers.
