Police have released an e-fit image of a man they would like to talk to in connection with a burglary that took place at a pensioner’s home in Hazlemere.
At around 2:20 pm on Friday, October 3, an elderly woman was upstairs at her home in Rose Avenue when she was confronted by three men dressed in black claiming to be police officers.
The offenders continued to search the house while the woman dialled 999, and then left taking a small amount of cash.
Investigating officer, PC Rebecca Brydon, from High Wycombe Local CID, said: “If you recognise the person shown in the image, or if you have any information which could assist the investigation, please contact us and speak to the officer.”
If anyone has any information in relation to the incident then contact Thames Valley Police on 101 or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111
No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.
