A recruitment company has raised hundreds of pounds for a cancer charity in memory of a much loved colleague.
Staff at Platinum Resourcing, on Marlow High Street, held a cake sale on Friday, October 2, raising £335 for Macmillan.
The event was held in honour of one of the company’s founders, Danni Abbott, who died in 2002 following a six year battle with breast cancer.
Lisa Hawes, of Platinum said: “It was a lovely day and great atmosphere enjoyed by our team of consultants, clients, friends & the people of Marlow.”
"We even sold cakes out on the high street - everyone was really generous."
“A big thank you to everyone who donated & baked helping us to raise the money in memory of Danni.”
