A much-loved south Bucks hospice held a networking event which was attended by 30 local businesses from across the county earlier this month.
Rennie Grove Hospice Care held this event on November 2 in association with their Corporate Patron Programme.
The event was hosted by Pendley Manor to thank members who provide in excess of £100,000 of funding for the local hospice each year.
Rennie Grove’s Director of Fundraising & Marketing, Gillian Barnett, said: “Everyone knows that it’s mutually beneficial for businesses to be involved with charity – enabling them to reach new audiences, increase customer satisfaction and boost staff morale.
“Our Corporate Patron Programme comprises four levels. Benefits range from a certificate to display on your premises to the chance to submit regular news stories to our corporate e-newsletter, an invitation to the charity's annual cocktail reception for major supporters, and a 10% discount for all staff entering our mass participation events.
“Regular monthly donations help us plan with confidence and by committing to join the scheme, your business can make a massive difference to local families affected by cancer and other life-limiting illness.”
