Marlow fire brigade got in to the festive spirit at the weekend by bringing a fire engine along to the Marlow Crown Plaza’s Christmas Market.
Firefighters delighted children at the market on Sunday, which saw over 2000 Christmas shoppers flock to the hotel to make the most of the 70 stalls selling a range of gifts and food.
Town mayor, Cllr Bob Johnson, opened the event with his wife, Shirley, and introduced Marlow Orchestra who kept Christmas spirits high with their repertoire.
And Dave the Disco was also in attendance who entertained children with a Frozen party followed by a disco.
Kerri Cicirello, Marketing Co-ordinator at Crowne Plaza Marlow, says “It was such an amazing festive day. Thank you to everyone who came and to all the stall holders, entertainment and charities who came along to support the event.
“We hope you all had a very successful day and hope to see you all next year. We’re now feeling extremely festive at Crowne Plaza Marlow.”
