Leaders of a Marlow youth club are calling for past members dating back to the 80’s to join them at the centre’s grand re opening.

Marlow Youth and Community Centre, on Wycombe Road, has recently installed a new kitchen, refurbished one room and is awaiting the refurbishment of a second room.

And now members of the centre past and present are invited to the opening party January 2016.

The centre was formerly known as Beaver Lodge when the current building was opened in 1987 by England footballer Glenn Hoddle.

Michelle Livett, from the youth centre said: “We are hoping to have a grand reopening and reunion on the 31st Jan and hope to gather as many people as possible who attended the youth centre in the past.

“It is not just a youth centre it is a centre that serves all ages and the community as a whole and we want it to do so for many years to come.”
