The Misbourne Symphony Orchestra takes place on Saturday February 6 at The Amersham School, Stanley Hill. On Saturday February 6, local Independent dyer SkeinQueen will be holding a talk on how she built a successful business dying her own yarn and the processes she uses to do it. The event, which takes place from 2-5pm at The Barn Hall, Amersham community centre, Chiltern Ave, Amersham, includes a hot drink, cake and biscuits and parking for under £5.
Children will be taking part in a swimming challenge to raise money for Sport Relief later this month. You can join ‘Team Better’ at the Chiltern Pools on Bensheim Way, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham on Tuesday February 16. The event takes place from 11am to 1pm in the Multi Pool - shallow water 2pm to 4pm Main Pool. Better is an official partner of Sport Relief and all donations will go to the charity.
