Princess Anne visited a south Bucks animal charity today to help launch their appeal to raise funds for a new building.
During the visit the princess was shown demonstrations of how the animals help people with hearing problems before giving the command for one well-trained dog to officially unveil the engraved foundation stone.

The charity, which will celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2017, has trained over 2,200 dogs across the country to alert deaf people to important sounds such at the doorbell, telephone and fire alarm.
