South Bucks is a treasure trove for amateur photographers, with hundreds heading out in their spare time to capture the perfect image across our beautiful county.

So, here at the Bucks Free Press, we want to celebrate talent across the area by inviting readers to send in their snaps for to feature in the paper and online.

The inspiration could be anything – a stunning sunset, wondrous wildlife or lustrous landscape – anything goes!

Send us your picture along with your name, where you live and a brief (two or three sentence) description on the image and the story behind it.

We may open up the feature to particular themes each month, but this week we want to see your very best efforts spanning any genre.

Reader Susie King sent us this fantastic picture of her husband and brother-in-law at harvesting hay at a farm in Chesham, celebrating the “blood, sweat and tears” it takes to maintain our landscape.

Do you have photo to rival Susie’s? Sent it in to peter.grant@london.newsquest.co.uk or tweet us @bucksfreepress using the hashtag #readerspics By sending us the image, you will give your copyright consent for the Bucks Free Press to reproduce it, credited, in print and online.

Happy snapping!
