The world’s top thrill seeking pilots have descended on Wycombe ahead of the Red Bull Air Race this weekend.
Daredevil air racers were welcomed into Wycombe Air Park, before they set off to perform in one of the most mind-blowing display of aeronautics across the globe in Ascot this weekend.
Though so far mainly on the tarmac, the planes are expected to practise their manouvres in the skies above the Booker airfield later today.
The aircraft will stay at the airpark until Thursday, when the pilots will take them up to the Ascot racecourse ready for the air race which runs across Saturday and Sunday.
It forms part of the air show’s global tour which sees 14 world class pilots defy the odds and navigate their way around an aerial race track in the fastest time possible.
Check back on the Bucks Free Press to see pictures of the planes in action.
