Detectives are continuing investigations after a woman was found dead at a £1 million property in Gerrards Cross.

Police officers were called to the property in High Beeches, belonging to the Matharu family, at around 5.50pm on Monday, October 10, after reports that a woman in her thirties had died.

A 58-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder, has been bailed until October 20.

Neighbours said they had heard screams coming from the house at around 5pm on October 10.

Senior investigating officer Det Chief Insp Simon Steel, of the Major Crime Unit, based at Aylesbury police station, said: "We continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident and would appeal to anyone with information to come forward.”
