A woman was killed after she was hit by two cars while crossing the road in High Wycombe on Monday, police confirmed today.
The High Wycombe resident – who was in her sixties - was hit by a Peugeot 206 and a Honda Jazz while crossing the road at Hughenden Avenue on Monday at around 4.44pm.
Sadly she died at the scene and her next of kin have been informed.
Thames Valley Police is using a fresh appeal for witnesses who may have seen the incident.
Investigating officer, Sgt Ashley Hannibal, said: "We would urge anyone who was on or near Hughenden Avenue at the time of the incident and witnessed the collision to call us on 101 and quote URN 1055 28/11."
