Around 200 people flocked to a series of public exhibitions displaying plans to build 125 homes and a hilltop park in Tylers Green.
Residents had their say on the Wycombe District Council proposals to provide ‘ready-to-go’ plots of land for house building at Ashwells during three exhibitions at Tylers Green Village Hall in November.
WDC is now reviewing the initial design proposals with feedback from residents and stakeholders in mind and plans to submit a full planning application in the New Year.
The “serviced plots” are sites with planning permission where sections of land are laid out ready for construction for smaller house builders and potentially local families to build their own homes.
The consultation was “totally separate” from the Local Plan consultation on the wider Gomm Valley and Ashwells reserve site.
