Police are fearing for the welfare of 26-year-old man who went missing from Naphill this morning.
Thomas Birks was last seen at his home in Lane Road at 11.47am on December 1.
He is described as around 6ft, mixed race with a heavy build. He has short dark hair and he was last seen wearing a black jacket, white vest, with black jeans and black shoes.
He is believed to be driving a black BMW.
Mr Birks is known to frequent the areas around Naphill and has links to Reading.
Sgt William Stockwell from High Wycombe response team said: "We would urge anyone who recognises Thomas from the description and picture and think they may have seen him to please contact us as we are concerned for his welfare.
"Thomas, if you see this appeal please get in touch either with police or your family to let us know that you are safe."
Police have asked anyone who has seen Thomas or knows of his whereabouts to contact 101 immediately.
