Funnyman Jimmy Carr is set to take to the stages at the Wycombe Swan theatre with brand new material as part of his Greatest Hits tour.
The former Royal Grammar School pupil will return to High Wycombe for one night only as part of his new roadshow – The Best of Ultimate Gold Greatest Hits Tour – on February 1.
Stalwart fans will not be disappointed as some of his oldest and best jokes from his entire career are expected to accompany his newest gags during this “unparalleled night of entertainment”.
On his appearance, a statement on the Swan website said: “A man who has devoted his life to crafting perfect jokes and has left a trail of laughter in his wake, Jimmy Carr’s new tour will distil everything we love to laugh at and be shocked by, into one incredible, unparalleled night of entertainment.”
According to the Wycombe Swan, Jimmy Carr has been on the stand-up scene for about a decade and a half and in that time has performed nine sell out tours, playing nearly 2,00 shows to over 2 million people across four continents.
