A car crashed into the central reservation on the M40 this afternoon leaving one man injured.
Emergency services raced to the scene of the accident, between junction 3 (Loudwater) and junction 4 (High Wycombe), after receiving 999 calls at 3.25pm.
The crash has caused huge traffic problems on the motorway and across Wycombe.
Two Bucks Fire and Rescue crews from Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross attended and made the scene safe.
The authorities have not yet confirmed the injured man’s current condition.
