16-year-old boy left with 'serious head injuries' after being kicked and punched
A 15-year-old boy from Slough has been arrested after a 16-year-old boy was left with serious head injuries, after being kicked and punched in a fight in Burnham.
He was involved in a fight with another boy at Saint Peters Park, Saint Peters Close, at around 6.30pm on Thursday, April 13.
The victim was taken to Wexham Park Hospital and has since been discharged after having surgery.
Investigating officer Det Con Chris Downs, of Local CID, based at Aylesbury, said: “It is believed that there were a large number of young persons at the park at the time of the assault, the victim is believed to have fled the scene running up to the High Street near Tesco.”
Anyone with information is being urged to contact police on 101.
