A teenage boy was stabbed in the leg, chest and arm in a High Wycombe park on Saturday. 

Officers from Thames Valley Police were called to Totteridge Park, off Walton Drive, at 5.25pm on April 22 following reports of a stabbing.

More details have now emerged about the attack, which happened between 5pm and 5.30pm.

The victim, a 14-year-old boy, was walking in the park when he was approached by a group of about 20 Asian males.

One of them demanded the victim’s phone, and he was then surrounded by the group and assaulted.

He suffered stab wounds to his leg, chest and arm, and was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment. He has since been discharged.

The main offender is Asian and aged about 15. He is around 5ft 11ins tall and was wearing a face covering which covered the bottom half of his face.

Investigating officer PC Francesca Keen, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone who witnessed this incident, or who has any information relating to it, to please get in touch.”
