Bucks County Council are searching for a man who may have "vital information" about rubbish that was dumped in a country lane.
The man in the picture was caught on camera on Andrew Hill Lane in Hedgerley between Christmas and New Year last year.
Enforcement officers from the Waste Partnership for Bucks think he may be able to provide clues about an incident of fly-tipping which took place nearby, and are now trying to trace him.
