Police are appealing for witnesses after the windows of a car were smashed in a supermarket car park during a “targeted attack” in High Wycombe yesterday afternoon (May 21).
At around 3.20pm a woman in her thirties parked her black Vauxhall Zafira in the centre of the Morrisons car park, in Temple End, and went shopping.
She returned to her car at around 3.50pm to discover all of the windows had been broken.
Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant James Faulkner, of Local CID, based at High Wycombe, said, "Thames Valley Police are treating this as a targeted attack as no other vehicles are believed to have been damaged.
"This incident occurred in broad daylight at a busy time of day. We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or any suspicious activity in the area at the relevant time."
