Dozens of emotional tributes have been left at the scene of a horrific crash that left a motorcyclist dead in Amersham.
His motorbike was involved in a crash with a black Hyundai estate car shortly before 7.30pm and he sadly died at the scene.
Bunches of flowers and heartfelt messages have now been left at the scene, including from his colleague in the force, with one remembering PC Caddy as the “most loved officer in the whole world”.
The tribute added: “Thank you for your service. You’re the best.”
Another reads: “There will never be enough words to say how our loss of you will affect us.”
PC Caddy joined Thames Valley Police in 2007, holding the roles of Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) based in Amersham then the following year took on the role of PSCO in Little Missenden.
In 2008 he became a student police officer and subsequently worked as a response officer and a neighbourhood officer.
His current role, since 2015, was as a Roads Policing officer based in Amersham.
A 33-year-old woman from Aylesbury has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink or drugs.
