The WI will appear on Wycombe Sound once a month
The Bucks Women’s Institute has been given its own monthly show on Wycombe Sound radio.
Members of the Chesham Bois, Wycombe Wenches and Bourne End WI groups will take to the airwaves from 7pm on Thursday, August 17 for the first episode of ‘Jammin' with the WI’.
The ladies will create features on events and outings run by the WI across Bucks in a bid inspire women to join the organisation or launch their own group.
The first show will introduce the ladies who will discuss the importance of the WI and each of the shows after that will have a different theme leading up to Christmas.
Jammin' with the WI will take place on the third Thursday of each month on Wycombe Sound 106.6 FM.
