An unauthorised traveller camp has moved off land in Chesham following a request from the town council.
Yesterday Thames Valley Police said it was working with Chesham Town Council to remove a group of travellers who moved on to land off Nashleigh Hill.
Police announced this afternoon that the caravans have since moved off the site
Last month TVP assisted West Wycombe Parish Council after travellers moved into the Pedestal Playing fields for almost a week – and left a trail of rubbish behind them.
