A bomb disposal team were called to south Bucks on Thursday after two WW2 bombs were discovered.
Wycombe-based Thames Valley Police officers tweeted to say they were “babysitting” the bombs in the hamlet of Piddington until the disposal team arrived.
Thankfully, they also revealed that the bombs were later confirmed to have already been diffused.
The authorities have not yet confirmed exactly where the bombs were found.
