Sir William Ramsay School in Hazlemere saw a huge increase of 19 per cent in English as they students produced impressive marks in today's GCSE results day.
Mr Carter, acting head, said: "‘It has been a year of change at Sir William Ramsay School where we have worked hard to achieve excellent results for all our students."
Holmer Green Senior School is delighted to announce another record breaking set of GCSE results with 75 per cent of students achieving 9-4 (A-C equivalent) in both English and Maths.
Mike Jones, head teacher, added: "Congratulations to all our students on working so hard to achieve such a wonderful set of grades. They (and their extremely supportive families) thoroughly deserve their success. A huge thank you also to all the staff who taught them so well and gave such terrific support above and beyond the call of duty.
"I feel so privileged to lead a team of colleagues that inspire young people to do so well.”
