A PURBECK-based cider company has launched a new range as part of a mission to bring back Britain’s forgotten orchards.
The Forgotten Orchards range is the latest drink selection from The Purbeck Cider team and promises three distinctive flavours to enthral every palate.
The team of cider makers have been hard at work on the farm brewing up their latest concoctions which are all made from 100 per cent apple juice as well as champagne yeast.
The first flavour of the new collection is the Dabinett, an easydrinking, gently sparking option made from the traditional apples which have been used to make English cider since 1900.
Next up is the botanical Garden Mint made from a blend of premium apples from across Dorset infused with real garden mint to produce a refreshing sparkling spirit.
The third and final drink in the range is the Medium Dry, which again uses a mixture of apples from across the county to create a consistent flavour which just a hint of spice to savour.
