A dancing duet inspired by the ancient Japanese art of origami who performed on a 40ft shipping container marked the opening of Dance Umbrella this week.
Paris-based duo Satchie Noro and Silvain Ohl used the banks of the River Thames outside Battersea Power Station as its stage in a free outdoor performance.
The two will continue perform in other areas of the capital until Sunday, October 15.
Other locations include Peninsula Square in North Greenwich, Artillery Square in Woolwich, The Queen’s Gardens in Croydon and Trinity Buoy Wharf near London City Island.
Dance Umbrella is a London festival of international dance which features some of the world’s most talented performers, running from October 11 to October 28.
