Glasgow is set to become home to weekly naked yoga sessions.
Organised by Glasgow Continental - Scotland’s weekly skinny swim club - it will be kicking off later this month on a trial basis with the hope it will become permanent.
Guided by experienced yoga teacher Penny Chivas, the sessions will enable participants to use yogic principles to become more aware of their natural bodies.
This will be achieved by using gentle stretching techniques designed to help to find ease of movement and release tension in the neck and shoulders.

Over the nine weeks, participants will have the opportunity to develop their practice.
No prior yoga experience is required.
All participants must bring a yoga/exercise mat, a small cushion or yoga block, and a towel to use as a yoga prop.
The classes are for people attending Glasgow Continental and a small additional charge applies. A block of nine classes costs £20, with the same block on offer to students and those under the age of 26 students for £10.

Taking place every Sunday from October 22 to December 17, the classes will be taking place at Arlington Baths Club in Arlington Street. There will be two sessions each day; 6.10pm 6.55pm and 7pm to 7.45pm.
