Never one to miss a trend, Aldi is set to launch prosecco-infused cocktail sausages in time for Christmas.
As prosecco-mania continues to take over the nation, the discount supermarket will be going that one step further this festive season with the boozy bangers.

The Specially Selected Outdoor Bred British Pork Cocktail Sausages with Prosecco, Cranberry, and Orange are not only glazed with the fizz but the meat has been soaked in it.
On sale from December 14 at a cost of £1.99, the offering is just the tip of the iceberg for what Aldi has lined up for its customers this year.

Stores will also be stocking gin-soaked mince tarts, prosecco and apricot panettone - and chocolate wine.
