Strong winds could hit Bucks and cause travel delays from tomorrow morning, the Met Office is warning.
A yellow wind alert has been issued for Bucks, Oxfordshire, Reading, Slough and Windsor and Maidenhead from 9am on Wednesday until at least 7am on Thursday.
The weather service predicts that strong winds will move east across England and Wales during Wednesday, with the strongest gusts finally easing from the south east at around dawn on Thursday.
Delays on the roads, rail, air and ferry transport are "likely", while outbreaks of rain - sometimes heavy - could also add to "difficult" travel conditions.
