A 73-year-old man with Alzheimer's who was reported missing after he was last seen boarding a train in Amersham yesterday afternoon has been found.
Roger Wilson, from Chalfont St Peter, was last seen getting on a London Underground Tube at 12.47pm.
Police confirmed he was found safe and thanked the public and the media for sharing the appeal to help find him.
