Families will walk to remember babies and children who have died on Sunday as the special snowdrop walk returns to West Wycombe.

The grounds of West Wycombe Park, which are shut during the winter months, will re-open for the Child Bereavement UK snowdrop walk on Sunday, February 11.

The walk is a day to remember the children and babies who have passed away and families will be able to plant a snowdrop in memory of someone special.

There is also set to be a nature trail to keep children amused and refreshments available in the village hall.

Becky Pounce, events fundraiser at Child Bereavement UK, said: “Our Snowdrop Walk is a very special event and is well attended each year.

"Not only will you be able to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery before warming up with a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich, but by joining us, you will be helping Child Bereavement UK support bereaved families.”

The walk will run from 11am to 4pm and entry is £2.50 for adults.
