An investigation into the death of a young aspiring bodybuilder who died in a horror crash on the M404 Marlow Bypass earlier this year is still ongoing.
Jordan Coupland, from High Wycombe, was killed after his Nissan Skyline was involved in a crash with a Land Rover on New Year’s Day.
An inquest into the 20-year-old’s death was opened and a pre-inquest review took place this week.
Senior coroner for Buckinghamshire Crispin Butler said a police investigation was still underway and he had not been made aware of anyone being charged in connection with the incident.
A further pre-inquest review was set for 1pm on June 13.
After his death, friends of the former Royal Grammar School pupil described him as a “gentle giant” and raised thousands of pounds through a crowdfunding campaign for his funeral.
