Broken down van causes traffic chaos on motorway
A broken down van caused traffic chaos on the M25 this morning.
One lane was blocked with heavy traffic going anticlockwise between J16 (M40 interchange) and J15 (M4 interchange).
Lane four was blocked while recovery services worked to move the van.
