There were long delays on the trains this morning after a vehicle crashed into a level crossing barrier.
Chiltern Railways trains had to run at a reduced speed between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury following the crash.
Services were also subject to delays, alterations or cancellations, leaving commuters frustrated.
@chilternrailway the lack of information at stations is frustrating and causes you to be blamed for something that’s not your fault. The 7.07 to risborough from Aylesbury has been delayed for 30 mins. Someone must know what’s going on.

@chilternrailway 08:18 from Risborough to Marylebone running late. Fine, but no announcements is not. It makes all the difference to passengers to at least hear an apology and a reason for the delay from the driver.
