LIBRARY users are being urged to have their say as part of a major review spurred by falling books loans.
Buckinghamshire County Council is reviewing its libraries "to look at other options".
A council statement said: "Buckinghamshire has seen a 6.11 per cent fall in loans in the last three years.
"Libraries are not just about book lending, they've been finding ways of attracting new members for years including access to the internet and further education.
"The review will help to find further ways that the libraries can change in order for them to serve the needs of many generations to come."
Residents are being urged by the council to attend the Adults Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee at County Hall, Aylesbury at 0945 on June 4 and July 2.
Alternatively phone, email or write with your comments to Lee Stevens on 01296 387960, lstevens@buckscc.gov.uk, or County Hall, Aylesbury Bucks, HP20 1UY.
Committee chairman Bruce Allen said: "Libraries are an important part of Buckinghamshire's local communities, we need to support them to change to ensure that they can adapt and survive for future generations".
