TEENAGE computer whizzes have breathed new life into a weary looking website.
Year 12 pupils from Great Marlow school in Bobmare Lane re-designed the outdated Marlow Chamber of Trade site as part of a competition.
They vied with a year 8 pairing to come up with the new look and were awarded the top prize - a Nintendo DS each. The runners up won £40 gift vouchers from WHSmith.
Chamber president Tim Bovy said: "It went really well, everybody was impressed by how hard they all worked. What came across to the executive was the fact they did all of this outside school hours - all the time they put in was voluntary and nothing to do with the curriculum."
The teams had four months to work on the project, using web development software.
Mr Bovy added: "It was such a good experience all around and helped solidify our relationship with the school."
The new look website will launch in August after some fine tuning and the year 8 team will also help with the final version.
