TWO men were injured when the car they were in tipped over on the M40.
One of men, in a people carrier, was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford by land ambulance after the incident.
Drivers are being warned to expect 13 minute delays following the accident, northbound between junctions 5 and 6.
The inside lane is closed because of debris, the Highways Agency said.
Mark Lister, spokesman for South Central Ambulance Service, said the vehicle was towing a trailer with a car on when the accident happened shortly after 3pm.
The other passenger, a man in his late 40s, was treated at the scene.
The man taken to hospital is in his early 40s, he said, and suffered cuts.
