TWO cars, including a new Mercedes, were taken after thieves hooked car keys through a letter box.
A 2008 silver Mercedes and a 2006 silver Ford Focus were taken between 11.30pm on Tuesday and 2am on Wednesday from a house in the Woodway/Holtspur Lane area of Beaconsfield.
A device was used to get the keys.
Police believe there were at least two people involved. They are appealing for witnesses.
PC Alex Gillett, said: "I am appealing for anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area, witnessed the burglary or has any information to contact me or Crimestoppers.
"I also want to remind people of the importance or storing all keys out of sight of any doors or windows and keep them in a hidden in a safe and secure place to help prevent any further similar offences.
"Please be extra vigilant and should you see something similar and suspicious please contact us immediately."
