THREE men have been arrested in connection with a disturbance in Desborough Park Road, High Wycombe on Wednesday night.
Another remains in police custody following the incident, in which a man was taken to hospital after an assault at about 10.50pm.
Police have said a “reasonably large number of people” were involved in the disturbance.
Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Carly Sparrow said: “There is a large team of detectives working on the case.”
The injured man remains in a serious condition, she said.
