A FREE course in how to make frothy coffees and the perfect cappuccino is being offered to job seeking Wycombe residents.
The one-day course in barista training is being held on Wednesday in Cressex, and aims to give job seekers experience in the world of specialist coffee making.
Wycombe District Council has arranged the course, which is also open to people already working in a cafe environment who maybe looking to develop their coffee making skills.
After completing the course, which includes hands on experience with a specialist coffee machine, trainees will be offered the chance to go on two weeks work experience to test out their new found skills.
The barista training is part of a range of initiatives being run by the council, which aims to build up an employable workforce.
Anyone registered with Job Centre Plus, which meets its training criteria, can receive funding for the course.
