Crime round-up: theft from Mercedes


A PAIR of sunglasses were stolen from a Mercedes.

Between 9:00pm on Thursday 18th and 8:15am on Friday 19th, offenders gained entry to an insecure silver coloured Mercedes A Class vehicle, while parked in St Margarets Grove, Great Kingshill, and stole the facia to a Sony Radio, together with a pair of Oakley sunglasses.

Between 6:00pm on Thursday 18th and 8:00am on Friday 19th, offenders gained entry to a blue coloured BMW 118i vehicle, while parked in De Havilland Drive, Hazlemere, by smashing the rear window, and stole a laptop computer.

At about 8:20pm on Thursday 18th, two males were disturbed at the rear door of a premise in Baronsmead Road, High Wycombe, before running off. They were in possession of a spade and are believed to have been about to attempt to gain entry before being disturbed. No damage was caused and nothing stolen. There is no description of the offenders. Officer in Case (OIC):- PC 6413 VAN NIEKERK.

Between 8:30am and 9:10pm on Thursday 18th, offenders gained entry to a premise in Carrington Road, High Wycombe, by smashing a rear kitchen window with a brick. Items had been moved, and it was subsequently discovered that an Xbox 360 games console, an HP Pavillion laptop computer, and a Vivitar digital camera had been stolen. Officer in Case (OIC):- PC 5979 MARTIN.

Between 8:30am and 6:00pm on Thursday 18th, offenders removed the front and rear registration plates from a blue coloured Vauxhall Zafira vehicle, while parked in Priory Road, High Wycombe.

Two vehicle crimes have been reported in the Marlow area.

Between 2:00pm on Wednesday 10th and 2:00pm on Thursday 18th, offenders removed the Air inlet vents, from a black coloured, Toyota MR2 vehicle, while parked in Cromwell Road.

Between 6:00pm on Wednesday 17th and 6:00pm on Thursday 18th, offenders removed the front and rear registration plates from a green coloured Citroen Saxo vehicle, while parked in Station Road.

Between midnight and 1:50am on Friday 19th, offenders gained entry to a premise in Hambleden, via a rear door, and stole various items of property, including an Acer laptop computer, two Apple MP3 players, two mobile phones, a briefcase and a handbag made from silver coloured woven leather, together with credit and debit cards. Two sets of vehicle keys were also stolen, and a silver coloured Land Rover, which was later found abandoned in Burnham, Slough. Officer in Case (OIC):- PC 6413 VAN NIEKERK.

Between 6:00pm on Wednesday 17th and 9:00am on Thursday 18th, offenders gained entry to a premise in The Row, Lane End, via a rear door, and stole various items of property, details are currently unavailable.
