BUCKINGHAMSHIRE MPs have paid back more than £1,000 in expenses claims, an official table shows.
Three paid back mortgage interest, toiletries and dog food claims.
They are included in an official list published by The House Of Commons (see link, bottom of story).
The toiletries and dog food claims had already been published by The Daily Telegraph.
Wycombe MP Paul Goodman paid back £995 in mortgage interest, as he said he had “not always kept up with interest rate changes”.
This also saw the Commons’ authorities pay him £1,384.
Chesham and Amersham MP Cheryl Gillan claimed £4.74 for dog food.
Last month she told the Bucks Free Press it “was not an attempt to feed my dog on the taxpayer, but a basic clerical error”.
She said: “It was put right within hours of it being brought to my attention. I do make every effort to be absolutely thorough in my financial affairs, but I am not perfect.”
Aylesbury MP David Lidington paid back £126 for toiletries.
He said last month: “I now accept that while they were valid many people would see them as over-generous.
“That is why I paid back the money.”
Beaconsfield MP Dominic Grieve was not featured on the list.

But Voyeur he has been officially approved as a decent man and good MP by your own Labour hierarchy. Surely some discrepency here?!

The man is a disgrace!
Doesn't he bill the taxpayer for actual loan interest every month? Or does he get the first bank statement and use that amount for the rest of the year?
Such sloppiness from a man who contributes in a small way to law making?
I doooon't belieeeeeeve it.
