Fourth Faith Fair this weekend in High Wycombe

THE fourth annual Faiths Fair is being held in High Wycombe on Friday and Saturday.

It will be officially opened by MP Paul Goodman at 10am and is run by Wycombe Sharing of Faiths.

Representatives from several different religions, including Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Jews, Sikhs and Buddhists will be present at the Reggie Goves Centre in Pauls Row, High Wycombe.

The aim of the fair is to promote the idea of community, with people meeting, learning and sharing together.

The groups will also make presentations about their faiths and the way they promote health and healing, and will include demonstrations of drumming, drama and music.

It runs between 10am-3pm.

Just what we all need.

Lots of conflicting contradictory religions claiming to solve the all World's and man/womankind's problems.

And promising every believer and 'good' person
(their definition of 'good' person) gets entry to Heaven (plus perks)

Look at the long histories of how wonderfully successful, peace-loving and pious they are.

Sorry, I'll give this event a miss.

What about the Jedi? Have they been invited? They were the 4the largest group identified in the 2001 census.

I like this idea. But you are losing an opportunity. Wycombe market runs Friday and Saturday too so dont do it in the cave under the flyover bring it out to the market.Dont worry about the room there is plenty.I went to market last week, started at the guild hall, got offered some cherrys, a cd and batterys and had to walk back again to see had I missed something
